OUR FACILITY Sago UK, previously Schlesinger Group, was the first viewing facility in the UK, and we have continued to set the benchmark ever since. Our new facility boasts six contemporary and flexible studios allowing for a range of methodologies and room styles. Our super-sized conference rooms are ideal for mock trials, large groups, classroom settings, and large product displays. Spanning one floor of the building, our facility offers full accessibility with elevator access and a handicapped restroom.

Finding us From London Underground
FROM TEMPLE UNDERGROUND STATION (ON THE CIRCLE AND DISTRICT LINES)
Turn right out of the station and walk along Temple Place. Turn left onto Arundel Street towards the Strand. Turn left onto the Strand then immediately right onto Aldwich. Keep going on Aldwich past Australia House and Melbourne place until you reach Kingsway. Turn right onto Kingsway past Australia House. Take the second street on the left into Orchard Street. We are on the left at 9 Kingsway, between Caffe Nero and Costa Coffee.
FROM HOLBORN UNDERGROUND STATION (ON THE CENTRAL AND PICCADILLY LINES)
Turn left out of the station onto Kingsway. Cross the road when safe to do so and continue on Kingsway. We are on the right at 9 Kingsway, between Costa Coffee and Caffe Nero.

ENTERING LONDON FROM THE WEST From the A40, continue onto Marylebone Road / A501 then take the A400 exit towards Holloway/ Camden Town/ West End. Continue on A400, turn left onto New Oxford St/ A40 then turn right onto Southampton Row/ A4200. Turn left onto Aldwich then right onto The Strand and right onto Aldwich. Turn left onto Kingsway, we are on the left at 9 Kingsway between Caffe Nero and Costa Coffee. The closest car park is NCP Covent Garden on Parker Mews.
ENTERING LONDON FROM THE EAST From the A1208, continue onto Old Street. Continue onto Clerkenwell Road and Theobalds Road. Turn left onto Drake street, turn right onto High Holborn then left onto Kingsway. Turn left onto Aldwich then right onto The Strand and right onto Aldwich. Turn left onto Kingsway, we are on the left at 9 Kingsway between Caffe Nero and Costa Coffee. The closest car park is NCP Covent Garden on Parker Mews.

Our facility hire rates are exclusive of UK VAT at the rate of 20%.
I am based in the USA. Does VAT apply to my booking?
Yes. VAT is payable on facility hire by clients based in the UK, the USA, and all other countries outside the European Union. This is because facility hire in itself is not an exportable service and is not classified by the Inland Revenue as market research.
However, VAT is exempt for the USA or other countries outside the European Union if your booking includes research recruitment or research project management services provided by ourselves, at which point our totality of services can be classified as ‘market research’ and therefore considered exportable and exempt.
