For over 10 years, Chef Carolina Català has been tantalizing taste buds with her menus of hand-made international selections using the highest quality ingredients. At The Research House, we like to keep things personal, and what is more personal than food?
“My role allows me to prepare meals for people I have come to know well and that gives me true pleasure. We keep track of our clients’ special dietary requirements and favorite meals. “Travelling and running focus groups or interviews can be exhausting. So, I like to give our visitors a culinary boost. If a client is working at the facility on their birthday or has a special occasion, let us know and I’ll bake them a cake.”
