Aditya Raj heads up Schlesinger Group’s Global Quantitative Solutions comprising Market Cube’s leading consumer and B2B sample and survey products and services as well as Schlesinger Group’s healthcare surveys solutions.
He joined Schlesinger Group in 2020 when Market Cube, where he was Chief Operating Officer, was acquired by Schlesinger Group. Aditya plays a strategic role within the company’s Senior Leadership team providing comprehensive survey solutions and leveraging Markets Cube’s automation and data science capabilities for extraordinary outcomes.
With ten previous years of experience in market research and technology and catapulted by his entrepreneurial streak, Aditya started Market Cube in 2009, bringing together a gamut of expertise across several verticals and industries.
Aditya has been associated with the online market research industry right from its nascent years. He began his career with IBM and soon after became a part of the pilot team of sample services for Greenfield Online (now Toluna). As part of his management and leadership roles at MarketTools, Dexterity Business Analyst and Industrial Info Resources (IIR). Aditya played a key role in transitioning sample for MarketTools and establishing South Asia Operations as GM Operations IIR.
Aditya earned his PGDBM (MBA) at XLRI Jamshedpur graduate business school.
Aditya is a high-octane endurance sports enthusiast with several international achievements under his belt, including Ironman races and the World Marathon Challenge, where he traveled across the globe to complete seven marathons in seven days across seven continents.
