Ruikai is the lead for China and Asia Partnerships and has been supporting clients based out of APAC for over 4 years. Ruikai is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Ruikai joined the Schlesinger Group family in 2021 when Addison Research was acquired by the company. Ruikai has extensive experience in helping Chinese clients gain high-quality qualitative and quantitative insights from audiences in North America and Europe. Ruikai has expertise across a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies for consumer and business-to-business markets. Over the years, Ruikai has developed long-term relationships with some of the largest market research agencies in China and continues to grow the Schlesinger footprint across Asia.

Ruikai holds a Master of Science in Marketing Research from Michigan State University, USA. He has also worked as a project manager at the Joyu International Tourism Operation Group and an advertising planner at the Guangdong Advertising Group (also known as GDAD). His experience in the marketing industry in China has helped him build a deep understanding of the research challenges for Chinese clients.
