Director, Compliance and Training
Samir Ali is Director of Compliance and Training for Sago, a global role that is focused on ensuring the highest quality standards are developed and adhered to at all levels of the organization. He works closely with internal teams to drive processes and training that assure contractual obligations to all clients, internal and external audit measures, process improvements, and quality standards.
Samir has extensive experience conducting qualitative studies using various research methodologies across healthcare, consumer, and B2B markets, collaborating with colleagues for multi-market and multi-methodology studies. He has also been endorsed to work on internal special projects in development, is always enthusiastic to collaborate within multiple levels of the organization, and shares feedback before they are implemented company-wide.
Samir is Citi Certified on Good Clinical Practice & Human Subject Social Behavior and completed the Bullet Proof® Manager program.
Samir attended DePaul University, majoring in Finance. He lives in Chicago, IL, where he spends time with family, travels (always checking the local sports team schedules first), and is an avid sports fan starting with his beloved Chicago Cubs as well as his continuous passion for the New England Patriots (some may not believe it, but he has actually been a fan since before the Tom Brady era).
