Sarah Briscoe heads up our Global Qualitative Solutions service leading a dedicated team of account managers and fieldwork managers who help clients navigate and succeed in their global research initiatives.
Sarah has been a global leader in the industry for over 20 years. Her career started at Greenfield Consulting Group (which became Firefly Millward Brown and then Kantar) as a global project manager – managing a line of business worth over $2 million annually and in countries across the globe and developing a trusted network of global partners. As Director, Global Strategy and Operations, she was part of the global leadership team at Firefly – developing and implementing programs and initiatives across the Firefly network of 50+ countries.
Sarah has an insatiable curiosity about new and different ways of doing things and is a creative problem solver with a proven track record of organizing teams and driving progress forward. She has deep experience in strategizing and implementing qualitative methodologies and project designs on a global scale.
Clients and colleagues appreciate her professionalism with a dash of humor, her proactiveness, her attention to detail, and her responsiveness.
Sarah gained her Bachelors from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in French Literature, and her Masters in International Retailing and Consumer Behavior from Michigan State University.
When she isn’t working, you might find her running or paddleboarding around one of the many lakes in Minneapolis where she is based or with her nose in a book. She manages her neighborhood book club called ‘Speaking Volumes’. She has also recently taken up trying to learn Norwegian, det er gøy! (she thinks that’s how you say “it’s fun”).
