Meet the Schlesinger Baltimore Leaders
Ted Donnelly – VP, Research Solutions
Ted led the Baltimore Research team for 16-years as the Managing Director prior to the Schlesinger acquisition. He is an expert in qualitative, quantitative and emerging research methods. Ted holds a PhD in Consumer Behavior & Advertising Research and a MSc in Marketing Research from the University of Edinburgh and a BS in Psychology from Penn State. A passionate industry volunteer and advocate, Ted sits on the Insights Association Board of Directors and has served in countless committee roles. He is a former Chairman of both the MRA & PRC Boards.
Heather Ashley-Collins – VP, Research Solutions
Heather spent 16 years growing Baltimore Research prior to its acquisition by Schlesinger in March. Most recently, she was Director of Operations and a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for strategic planning, business development and marketing. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and a recipient of the PMRG Circle of Excellence Award. She has been an active industry volunteer for many years and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Intellus Worldwide and co-chairs the award-winning Health Literacy Initiative.
Kyle Kinnamon – Director, Client Solutions
Kyle has been with the Baltimore team for 7 years. Working through every department, Kyle has developed a strong institutional knowledge for the entire research process. In addition to his client-centric approach, he is an exceptional problem-solver who fosters innovative and skillful solutions for clients and works with his team to deliver on every project, even the tough ones.
Jonathan Hammett – Facility Director
Jonathan is focused on the anticipation of client needs so that his team can ensure all types of research are executed with excellence. Keeping mental files on specific requests is part of the day-to-day operation, and those files will move from Baltimore Research to Schlesinger Group so that clients can expect what they have come to know and love from the Baltimore team! He is currently helping to plan a renovation to the Baltimore facility.
Graham Chilcoat – Technology Manager
Graham oversees our leading-edge research technology from in-house recording and audio visual support to our Dials Labs and online qualitative solutions. He ensures our clients are comfortable with the technology that adds value to their research and takes problem-solving to a whole new level. Graham also works with the Schlesinger Group IT team to ensure our security and data protection is at the highest level.
Chris Burger – Project Manager
Chris has 12 years of experience in the marketing research industry. Learning from each of his roles as facility manager, lead programmer and now project manager, Chris has developed his expertise for both qualitative and quantitative research, focusing on the quality of the client experience as much as the results he delivers. Chris thrives working with clients on the hard-to-recruit projects.
Andrew Haley – Project Manager
Andrew, an New Jersey native, has been in the Baltimore area for two years and prior to that he had a a background in sales and marketing. Andrew is solutions-minded and partnership-focused to ensure clients can meet their research goals and objectives on time, to spec and within budget across consumer, healthcare and B2B studies.
