KEIKO SAKANO
Client Service Associate, Japanese Partnerships
Keiko supports the Sago’s client servicing operations for Japanese companies. She’s passionate about relationship management and continuously strives to help her Japanese clients extend their Japanese research into North America and Europe. Keiko is fluent in English and Japanese. She normally communicates with her Japanese clients in her native tongue, Japanese.
Keiko joined Sago in 2021 when Addison Research was acquired by the company. Keiko has built positive relationships with Japanese clients to solve their problems and has continuously tried to discover more partnership opportunities with Japanese companies.
Keiko started her market research career in 2011 supporting Japanese companies in the Asia Pacific market and has extensive experience managing multiple market research projects.
Keiko holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing Research and Analytics from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the Institute of International Studies at Ramkhamhaeng University.
Keiko lives in Toronto, Canada, and enjoys watching movies and traveling in her spare time.
